Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, memberships, and sponsorships managed under Short Stay Circle and The Holiday Mode FZ-LLC. It outlines cancellation rights, time frames, and resulting credits or forfeitures.
2. Event Cancellations by Attendees
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund or credit note, valid for six (6) months, at the organiser’s discretion.
- Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred without written approval.
- No credits or refunds are provided for non-attendance.
3. Event Cancellations or Changes by the Organiser
- We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of postponement, all bookings automatically transfer to the new date.
- In case of cancellation (no rescheduled date), a full refund will be provided to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred as a result of such changes.
4. Sponsorship and Membership Cancellations
- Once confirmed and payment received, sponsorships and memberships are binding and non-refundable.
- Sponsors or members wishing to withdraw before delivery may do so, but no fees will be reimbursed.
- In case of event postponement, all contracted benefits will be honoured at the rescheduled event or transferred to a comparable activation.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, pandemics, or technical failure. In such circumstances, all bookings and benefits will be deferred rather than refunded.
6. Organiser Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify event programmes, speakers, or schedules without liability;
- Refuse or revoke admission where participant conduct breaches professional standards;
- Remove attendees for unauthorised commercial activity, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of Terms and Conditions.
