Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds are issued for purchases made through the Short Stay Circle portal (operated by The Holiday Mode FZ-LLC).

2. General Principle

All sales are final. Refunds are only offered in the limited circumstances outlined below. In all other cases, payments will be credited or transferred in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

3. Events and Ticketed Purchases

  • If we cancel an event: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • If we reschedule an event: All bookings will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, a credit will be provided towards a future event.

  • If you cancel: Refunds are not available for attendee cancellations.

  • No-show attendees: No refunds or credits are provided for non-attendance.

4. Sponsorship Packages

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmation has been issued.

  • As sponsorship benefits (visibility, promotion, and exposure) begin immediately upon confirmation, fees are not returnable under any circumstances.

  • If an event is postponed, sponsor benefits will transfer to the rescheduled event or an equivalent activation.

5. Membership Subscriptions

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once access to the member portal, visibility benefits, or resources has commenced.

  • Members may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods.

6. Payment Method for Refunds

All approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel only (e.g. Stripe, MamoPay, or bank transfer). We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
