By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket or membership, or engaging with any Short Stay Circle event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Legal Status

All activity promoted through this website operates under The Holiday Mode’s Free Zone licence as a portal and marketing services provider.

All events and activations are conducted as marketing and promotional initiatives. The Holiday Mode does not act as a mainland event management agency or travel operator.

3. Scope of Services

Short Stay Circle connects professionals and businesses across the short-stay, hospitality, and guest-experience ecosystem through events, partnerships, sponsorships, and memberships.
All related payments, ticketing, and collaborations are administered through The Holiday Mode portal.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or attend any event, and participation is subject to professional relevance. We reserve the right to deny access to any person or organisation whose participation is deemed unsuitable or misaligned with the network’s intent.

5. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are only valid once full payment is received and a confirmation email issued.

• Payments must be made through approved payment gateways or official invoices.
  
  
• We are not responsible for errors arising from unauthorised third-party resellers.
  
  

6. Sponsorships and Memberships

• Sponsorship and membership packages are considered marketing services.
  
  
• Deliverables (logos, spotlights, collateral inclusion, etc.) commence once payment is confirmed.
  
  
• Fees are non-refundable once deliverables begin.
  
  
• Sponsors must provide accurate assets and brand information for use across collateral.
  

7. Amendments and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to amend event details, including date, time, venue, or format, if required by operational or external circumstances. All tickets and entitlements will transfer automatically to the revised date or event.

8. Code of Conduct

Attendees, partners, and members must behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, unauthorised promotion, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, creative assets, photography, and content produced by or for Short Stay Circle are the intellectual property of The Holiday Mode FZ-LLC.

By attending or sponsoring, you grant us permission to use your image, company name, and brand materials for marketing unless you opt out in writing before the event.

10. Privacy and Data

We collect and store participant data only to facilitate event communication, billing, and updates. Information is stored securely and not sold or shared with unauthorised parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury occurring during or as a result of participation in our events or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
